Nestled in the heart of picturesque Petersburg, Virginia, Next Level Crisis Rehabilitation Facility stands as a beacon of solace and transformation. Our state-of-the-art facilities have been thoughtfully designed to provide a serene and welcoming environment that complements the journey of healing and recovery.

Services We Offer

Mobile Crisis Stabilization

 We provide intensive short-term mental health care to non-hospitalized individuals (of all ages) experiencing an acute crisis of a psychiatric nature. The goal is to address and stabilize the acute mental health needs at the earliest possible time with ongoing services, avert hospitalization or re-hospitalization; provide a high assurance of safety and security in the least restrictive environment, and mobilize the resources of the community support system, family members, and others for ongoing maintenance, rehabilitation, and recovery.

Community Stabilization

Community Stabilization services are short-term and designed to support an individual and their natural support system following contact with an initial crisis response service or as a diversion to a higher level of care. Providers deliver community stabilization services in an individual’s natural environment and provide referral and linkage to other community based services at the appropriate level of care.
